The stat allocation I use is straightforward - 5 points in Dexterity up to level 13, and then focus all the way to level 100.

The result of this build is a whopping +543% magic damage, which translates to some insane numbers on screen. To achieve this, your stats should look like this:

To maximize the potential of this build, make sure you have the Skull of Wjpowd socketed throughout your gear. This requires item level 82 or higher and will increase your focus by a significant 684 points if fully socketed.

Skulls are essential for turning this build into a monster, and they scale with your character's level. However, you'll need to find items with the required level to socket them. The top right corner of an item box displays its item level, so be sure to check that before attempting to socket it.

For this build, Strength is relatively useless, but can be useful for other Outlander builds. Swapping focus for strength will result in decreased mana and crit damage, making it not worth the trade-off.

To optimize your build, I recommend grabbing some Dexterity points for increased crit and dodge chance. Now, let's discuss something crucial for this build: socketable skulls.

Some players might think that investing in armor is a good idea, as it provides 10% more armor and 20% mitigation against damage. However, considering the high amount of damage dealt by mobs (8kish), even with full vit, you'll still be taking significant damage. Additionally, at level 100, our armor only provides 10% mitigation.

In contrast, focus is a superior choice to strength in many ways. This build guide is version two, and I've added some new information and tweaks to make it even more effective.
